Recently I read a news article on Nigeria, and there were over 240 teen girls (between 16-18) abducted at the dead of night. Luckily about 43 have managed to escape but still there are almost 200 still missing. They were taken by this terrorist group, forgot the name. They are being sold for $12 and to me that's sick, to even think they are worth that little. God says we are worth more than gold.
That has been on my mind ever since I read it. Really sickens me on how our world is, and it's getting worse, sadly. And over a conversation with my friends, we discussed that this happens to EVERY single country. Maybe not this extreme but there is prostitution everywhere, some are better at covering it up than others. Same with crime.
Now I am not saying that those people who don't do crime or prostitution get out of anything, because they don't. To God no sin is worse, to us it may seem like it, but in God's eye we are all equally sinful. So who am I to judge right? .
Will you all please help join me in praying for this very sinful world? Starting by praying for ourselves, then for others, because first we have to have a clean ourselves first, otherwise we would just be hypocrites.
